Magnificent Motors returns between 2 & 3 May 2020 and to provide the perfect accompaniment to the classic cars, we also have a fantastic selection of music on the main stage located on the Western Lawns.
The Live Music Stage caters for all tastes from jazz, blues and swing to rock, funk and indie-pop providing the soundtrack to the vintage weekend. Music starts at 11.15am each day and continues through to the close of the festival at 5.00pm.

Saturday 2nd May

In association with the Premium Blend Radio Show on Hailsham FM, we have a great & varied line up of musical entertainment, showcasing some of the brightest local acts:

11.15-12.00 -Jack Buster-Weston
Jack is an Eastbourne singer songwriter. A talented lyricist and musician whose songs add a ray of sunshine to a rainy day.

12.15-13.00 - Sam Tier
Sam is an acoustic singer songwriter whose music has touches of folk and blues.

13.15-14.00 - Elephant Radio
Elephant Radio are a rock pop band with a dreamy sound and synth twist. Guitars, keys and drums with a mesmerising sound

14.15-15.00 - Mountfield
Mountfield are an alternative folk-rock band with catchy tunes and indie infused guitars and drums.

15.15-16.00 -TDK
TDK are a four-piece band from Hastings, Tipped hotly for future successes. TDK have a real indie sound mixed with a hint of soft rock, and melodies that pull the crowd in and make your feet dance.

16.15-17.00 - Wild Horse
Wild Horse are a rock band with a fantastic stage presence. Pop punk vocals and a bluesy undertone with guitar riffs from the rock world.

Join us for a great day of musical entertainment:

11.15-12.00 - Milton Hide
Husband and wife team, Jim and Josie Tipler, simply write and perform songs about what they see around them and songs from their imagination. Sometimes personal, sometimes amusing, sometimes heartbreaking, sometimes making a point - but always memorable, strong in melody and full of hooks. Storytellers, many of their songs are grounded in traditional English song, whilst others are rooted in other folk traditions, such as Appalachian, Klezmer and popular music.

12.15-13.00 - Ben Westwood
Ben Westwood is back this year with an upbeat new album Coming up for air. Fusing acoustic, blues, soul and rock influences, Ben has been played on radio including BBC Sussex and his music covered in the Daily Telegraph. In concert, Ben plays mainly as a duo or trio, mixing classic covers with originals.

13.15-14.00 - Glam Rox
GLAMROX is a glam rock covers band, bringing you some of the best cracking rock tunes from the 70’s, with glam costumes ta boot!

14.15-15.00 - Printer’s Ukulele Army
Printers Playhouse ukulele army is a community run group of ukulele enthusiasts, hosted every Tuesday by the glorious Supreme Leader. All music tastes are catered for and they hold a themed evening one Tuesday a month, from decades, genres and seasonal themes. 

15.15-16.00 - Zachary Dogwood
Since 2013 Eastbourne-based Zachary Dogwood have been captivating audiences with an intriguing mix of their own finely crafted songs and eclectic covers. A soulful New Wave extravaganza!

16.15-17.00 - Cracks in the Land
Cracks In The Land are a band from Sussex, England they have a rootsy acoustic music vibe with a pop and groove sensibility.

Grab your refreshments from Harvey's Hop Bar, wander the delights of the market and enjoy classic and vintage bus rides and fairground rides! Look out on the Western Lawns for more information.

The impressive seafront cavalcade is not to be missed, taking place each morning at 10am. Grab your spot and admire the classic cars on their seafront journey from Fort Fun Car Park along Royal Parade to the Western Lawns.
